More Quirky than Silly?

I had seen this sign outside the shop months ago and although it’s in a most difficult location in terms of getting a good shot, I decided it would fit the bill for Silly Saturday today. See temporary extra for the street view.

Just another day here. Domestic chores, dog walking etc.

Callum got outside in the back garden and did some weeding but I managed to find other bits and pieces that needed doing, so just let him get on with it. Besides, I looked up when to prune the buddleia and it says late winter or early spring. So that was good enough for me :-)

I will probably do a bit of dead heading on it tomorrow though.

Finished the afternoon with a video call with Nicoiseannie. Always good to catch up and see what’s been going on. Quite a bit warmer back down south apparently, but I’m not complaining - I quite like the autumnal feel in the air here.
