Decorated Font

The font if St Andrews Church in Greystoke. There is a Turf Zone just outside and I always pop in the church so this has been made sometime over the last month. I presume it’s been made either by the children at the local school of the Women’s Institute. Either way it’s really lovely.

I was on a bit of a panic mission as I was in danger of being relegated from my current league in Turf. None of the ones I took in Keswick are still mine, the last couple were taken this afternoon. I reckon I’m now out of danger though, unless the two I’m fighting against have a sudden mad rush in the morning.

Watched England at teatime, they where as underwhelming as I expected :-(

Oh and I trimmed the bushes at the back of my caravan with my new cordless hedge trimmer. I have cordless as I have a habit of cutting through the chords! All I have to do now is bag up the waster and take it down to the local recycling centre.
