Golden Nobles

These beautiful apples grow in my friend’s garden up the road. She gives me lots of them! They’re an old variety with a delicious flavour, they cook quickly and don’t really need any sugar.

We’ve had a 1st wedding anniversary today, Kit’s mum and dad married in a Provençal vineyard last year, it was a wonderful weekend. And who’d have thought Kit would be here by this time. He’s three weeks old and it seems like he’s been here forever
