e-dance Feathers

One of the nicest things about being off this week was being able to go to Charlottes E-dance class on Friday morning. Her creative movement workshops are for kids of all abilities and are focussed around having fun whilst stimulating them to move.

She uses loads of different ideas and methods including silks, balls and feathers... There is always great excitement when the kids get to bury Charlotte in the feathers, which i managed to capture.
