Stripes

I went out with the binoculars at lunchtime for a short walk. I noticed a flock of starlings doing their amazing acrobatic swoops and thought that there must be a predator about- sure enough, there was a sparrowhawk trying to snatch one. It came close enough at one point for me to see that it was a big female, but no chance of a photo. So I shot some static fields instead. The angle could have been better but I had to head back to work.
