Free Workout

I bought myself this road bike a few weeks ago it's serving me well. Light, nifty, reliable and fast.

Anyway on my travels today I found this chin up/ pull up bar and I spent the morning messing around on it before heading home.

Cracking open a corona as I type, window open, breeze flowing in. It's a nice feeling.
