drugs for the weekend?

woke up this morning with an amazingly blurry left eye.
rang NHS direct~ they said A&E
Rang A&E they said GP
went to work
Boss made me call the DR
Went to the Drs
they sent me to A&E..
i went reluctantly...
i was seen immediately by a lovely Ophthalmologist~prodded~poked~dilated..
the results being an infection IN my left eye and a few weird things he couldnt seem to explain..so im back there in Bath on monday!

the next few days are full of 12 hourly dilations (lasting about 4 hours it seems)
and 2 hourly steroid drops...

its going to be a long BRIGHT weekend!
