Harvest

It was so lovely to be back at the farm on this warm, sunny harvest day. The farm is full of activity. In one field, the oil seed rape is being harvested. In the next field the barley stubble is being cultivated and then drilled, and the newly sprouted grass field is being rolled.

As I was taking shots of the lumbering combine harvester, a hare suddenly shot along the field margin. My camera wasn't set up for fast action, but I managed to get most of him in a panning shot :-))
