A gorgeous day.

We made the most of possibly the last day of summer.

Mr G and I went for a dog walk around the golf course and stopped half way for rest at the largest pond. We sat on some logs in a sheltered sun spot. Rocket and Radar went into the pond for a swim and we sat there in the warm sunshine watching red dragonflies with gold wings, duck and dive around us.

It really was bliss.

Half an hour later and we remembered we still had 3 and a half miles walk home.
