katydid, katydidn't

Thanks for commenting on #400 yesterday :)

Today was more community sampling (explained in some previous post). I nearly caught a praying mantis for a snapshot today, but it surprised me by jamming its sharp little claws into my finger and I let go.

Instead, for #8 in the "look at my damn fingers" collection, you get a katydid. (for the other 7, i linked them in yesterday's blip)
