Catching up on the news in Stromness

Today has been very blustery, the heavy showers abated a bit at the back of two o'clock. CMC made a dash through for messages. This gave these two women a chance to have a catch up.

Little did they realise that as that as the baby's face was lifted to the book shop window that Tam (bookshop owner and therefore inside shop) was drawing a moustache and beard on the glass. This greatly amused Tam but nobody else saw the joke. He told us later.

A low key evening - first weekend where there's been no visitors to CC HQ for quite a few weeks. We've even decided to give the dancing a miss.
