"No Hippies Allowed"

Saw this sign in an antique shop in Waterville. The window was full of "hippies need not apply," "long haired hippies enter through the back door only" and other such signs... and '60s and '70s band posters and some very hippy clothing. I wonder if I'd be allowed in to investigate this apparent contradiction...

Sorry I've been slacking blip-wise lately--I should have much better from today too, but I've been spending 99% of my time in my cave of an office trying to get programs ready for Green Orientation. It's going to be so worth it, but it's currently eating my life.
