Speckled Wood

September already.....how did that happen????

Only 16 weeks until Christmas

I was going to blip Alvecote Priory today but after taking some photos of the ruins I went into the woods. There were lots of these butterflies enjoying the sunshine filtering through the trees. I think it's called a Speckled Wood but please correct me if I'm wrong.

We're off to a BBQ/fun day at a local pub shortly to raise some funds for swimming club. Hope the sun continues to shine!!
