Where am I?

After a morning swim en famille, I set out on my own to try one of the National Trust's Great British Walks.

I headed out to the Ashclyst Forest Butterfly walk route and had a great countryside walk. As per usual I got a bit lost so did my own unique version of the route. It didn't help when I got to this point - too many choices!

My brain is just geographically and navigationally challenged! But never mind, I had a great time and the route I took was full of lovely scenery. I also managed to pick up the biggest pine cones I've ever seen and some huge conkers! Now that is giving me even more of an autumn feeling :)
