Along the Dyke

A day trip into Hoorn. After taking in all the arty stall stuff and watching a bit of bluegrass, we sallied forth to some museum of poster art which was showing the collection of some Hans Sachs dude which was confiscated by the nazis and has only recently been released back to his estate and for a brief period, to public view. A terrific collection.
Anyway, after there was a late lunch - herring in rolls with pickle. A bit baffling how they can taste that good. I wonder if it's like ouzo in Greece - something you definitely shouldn't try at home, in other words.
