Sneak Preview

As I am helping with the website of a new business in the village, today after our latest meeting, I was delighted to receive some chilli sausages, the recipe of which is a confirmed favourite.

I made James (aged 16) responsible for the BBQ and after a few initial "what am I supposed to be doing?" worries, and panics about the flames, he did a grand job.

The sausages were cooked beautifully (phew) and delicious - Linton you are a lucky lucky village! The Ashcroft Family Butchers hope to open by the end of September.
