Waiting

This pipeline crew is waiting for the directional drill coming from across the highway. The drill will pass 10 feet under the road and come up here. Then a piping sleeve will be attached and the assembly wil be pulled under the road. After that the actual pipeline will be threaded through the sleeve and connected.
