Emergency blip

Waiting to be seen in the emergency room. I take blood thinners, such as Coumadin and Warfarin, and my INR level (blood viscosity) had spiked to a very high level, which resulted in some internal bleeding.

In the end everything was fine, after a two day stay as they administered a number of drugs to drop the INR level back down to where it should be.

For those of you who may not know, Coumadin and Warfarin are the main active ingredients in rat poison. The rats eat the poison, and then proceed to bleed to death internally.
