Don't do this don't do that

Silbury hill has been around for nearly 5000 years. Millions of people must have walked up it. Some silly sods decided that these unruly people needed controlling and that they are wearing out the hill. I walked up it anyway. Being lazy I didn't really want to - but I felt the need to express my dislike for bureaucrats and control freaks.
