Will it rain or will it not?

The weather forecast on TV said it will rain. This early morning panoramic shot of Tokyo skyline shows rain clouds to the south east only. It rained (but I wasn't in Tokyo). Now that I am on the way to Tokyo, it is sunny with patches of clouds. Let's see what is in store for me in Tokyo!
