The Last Bit Is The Steepest...

with apologies to Cat Stevens, but the words just fit to his 1967 song The First Cut is the Deepest for those who can't remember it!

At the top is our finca, situated at the end of a ridge and therefore blessed with almost 360 deg views when the weather's clear, which it is not today in spite of those blue skies. It would be nice, although impossible, for the steepest part of our walks to be at the beginning and not at the end!

This doesn't all belong to us. We own from the wall upwards and Jasper more or less marks the right-hand boundary.
