Falcon display.
There were lots of tethered and hooded falcons on display, even the
New Zealand falcon.
I learnt that on Burj al Arab building with the helipad, there is a fulltime falcon handler up there with his falcon constantly swooping to keep other birds away so the helicopters can always land without 'bird strike' risk
