Miniature Cupcakes

I like the geometry of this scabious seed head - like lots of minute cupcake papers all glued together.

It's still a warm and sunny day but I can feel the pressure dropping (at 5pm) so perhaps the forecast rain is on the way. The garden will be pleased if so.

Feeling tired and drained today - I need a bit of me-time to recharge and should get that over the next couple of days.
