Upside Down

Went down to the harbour tonight for a walk. I needed space and air after the day. I took lots of the sun setting but as I was coming back the reflection of the lighthouse and the ripples caught my eye.

A tough day; a colleague asked the right wrong question and I got upset. It unsettled me for the rest of the day.
I don't say this very often but it was a day I needed a hug.
