Managing Expectations

backblip: well, the hotel was nowhere near as bad as TripAdvisor had led us to believe. Perhaps this had something to do with us managing our expectations of what a 3* hotel is all about.

Plus points: regularly cleaned, food fine and majority of staff friendly and helpful.

We didn't have a balcony overlooking the pool, but we had this lovely view and sunshine every morning :)
