Ohau

Sunday night and just got back from a few days away At Lake Ohau skiing with the family, brother-in-laws family. Awesome time, and lots of fun ;-)

Sadly after 3 days the cousins had to leave to fly home, but we spent the day up the mountain. Great snow, sunny, and excellent skiing.

I had to blip this because of the perspective. It's not really that bad, our 4 years can ski the chair, and yes, you do drive up the mountain for a number of kilometres to get to the ski area. That's the way it is in NZ.

Makes it rather spectacular!

Then the drive home. Left the mountain at 4, got home at 8, with a dinner stop, pretty reasonable I thought.
