Dear Harry Potter

Dear Harry Potter...

Over summer vacation one of my special education junior high kids wrote a letter to Harry Potter. (Not Daniel Radcliffe, although in the letter he does mention both names...). He wrote the letter in a mixture of romaji (Japanese written with the Roman alphabet), "English," and Japanese characters. I could tell he spent a lot of time on it.

Today for English class we and the 5 other kids in the class took a walk to the post office and sent it the letter off with a prayer.

According to the fan page, a signed picture will be sent back within 3 months. I hope I'm there to when he opens it!
