Ghostly Knights

Ghostly knights in their magnificent armour, as though preparing to take part in the joust, stand to attention on display in the Armouries at Leeds. Complete suits of armour like those on show were more often made for jousting than for war and although a complete suit made of tempered steel plate could weigh up to 20kgs, the weight would have been very evenly distributed. The various pieces of the suit would have been articulated, so that the wearer would still have had freedom of movement.
The weather has quite suddenly chilled and the rain has poured down all day, thus indoor photography seemed much more inviting than the dull, miserable light outdoors. But autumn is coming fast, and cold and wet will soon be the order of the day, so after being spoiled with glorious weather for months, I’d better get used to the idea. I wonder if I have any good books on photography in the rain?
