BABIES IN THE POND

The goldfishes have been fooling around this summer
and now as the autumn arrives
we see the sweet results.

Goldfishes eat the fry,
so we are quite pleased that without doing anything
babies are swimming around.

All started as brown like the three you hardly can see here,
and then slowly they become more and more golden.

We behave like proud grandparents,
moss the fish food and keep a keen eye.
