Blueberries

It does not look as appetizing as translucent grapes but they are therefore very tasty.
That broccoli, tomatoes, citrus fruits and oily fish are healthy, is reasonably familiar. But in this list also includes the blueberry. The blueberry was forgotten for a while but is now gradually rediscovered.

Namely this little berry contains anthocyanin, a substance that gives the berry its blue color. This material has a good effect on heart and blood vessels. The dye may, among other things, ensure that the accumulation of fat (mainly accumulation of cholesterol) is reduced in the blood vessels. This reduces the blood flow in the arteries better.

In addition, blueberries contain antioxidants. They play an important role in the aging process. Antioxidants are anti-inflammatory, cholesterol and protect against various diseases, such as cancer.

Few foods contain more antioxidants than blueberries
