The spinnet is a small 18th century instrument which is very popular in the Georgian New Town.
Lady Jean will contribute a poem, Auntie Ann will tell the tale of kelpies and elves, Grandma Wilson loves to remember the time when she was a girl on a highland croft.
The evening will be spent together with the simple pleasure of home entertainment.
