The Kelvin Hall, Glasgow

I snapped this shot as I was walking from my car, parked in Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, to attend a meeting in the Western Infirmary.

This is another of Glasgow's fine buildings.

This place has been used for all sorts over the years - the transport museum; a venue for gigs; and it's now a sports arena.

It is absolutely massive inside and steeped in history.

As a kid, we came here each Christmas for the annual circus which was held here every December for most of the 1970s.
