Plums!

After a day doing paperwork and a short visit to the driving range I decided to go and see if the plums in the garden were ready yet. They certainly were and in fact we have lost all the low hanging ones, which I presume have been nicked by animals. However the ones that were left look delicious and we will wash and eat some later to see if they taste as good as they look.

There is just something amazing about picking fruit or digging up vegetables that you have grown in your garden. Despite the fact that we only have a very small plum tree and a few plums it is a real pleasure at this time of year to pick them.
