Having a Breather

Spotted this butterfly just laid out on the bare garden soil. Ran inside for my camera not expecting it to still be there but it was and I even managed to get really close without it flying off.

Having seen that it is dusted with pollen I suspect it eaten a little too much and needs a breather before continuing.

In other news, Jasper and I went for a lovely 4 mile walk around the local woods which skirt the steam railway track whilst RobT was doing his community service at the local pub. Then I went out and ran 5K just to make sure I could still do it.

Two days in London for the return to work after a holiday and week 2 into my new job. Well its really week one given I was on holiday for week one!
