The beginning

The neighbour's builder started cutting down their tree this morning. This is what the scene looked like just before he arrived.

Again, we do not object to the tree coming down, or to them erecting their fence, we just want our hedge feature to be saved if possible.

I suspect they will obliterate it by the end of the week.
