Arrival Drink

This cocktail is the arrival drink for the upcoming screening of American Werewolf in London.

The drink takes inspiration from the opening scene in the movie. David and Jack get a frosty reception in the Slaughter Lamb, a smoke filled, ale smelling old country Pub. They order tea. The drink is a Healthy measure of bombay Sapphire, lifted with a home-made earl grey and raspberry liqueur, lemon juice and a touch of egg white for texture. It’s garnished with an aroma of ale and smoke.

40ml Bombay Sapphire
20ml Homemade Earl Grey Tea and raspberry Liqueur
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml simple syrup
15ml egg white

Served in a tea cup and saucer with an atomized ale and smoke
aroma on the side of the cup.
