First Aid

I am on a First Aid at Work course for the first three days of this week. Red Cross House is right on the river and the tutor is even more inspiring than the setting. Her enthusiasm, dedication and commitment is amazing hitting exactly the right balance of making the course fun though life-and-death serious at the same time. I had forgotten how much I like First Aid.
