Adjust the sails

I've had so much to do the past days, that I haven't had time to write anything decent. There's so many things going on! So much to response to.

I'm grateful that I get to do what I love. Today will start my 100th mindfulness course. I can't believe it's been so many already and I hope I get to do many thousands more.
