Lenticular

Another one taken from the train on the way home - I looked up to see that there were quite a lot of lenticular clouds over the Carse looking toward the Ochils, it was really quite spectacular. I think this one looks like a ray, swimming across the sky. There were some more 'classic' lenticular clouds than this one, but the foreground (hedges, bridges, allsorts) kept getting in the way!

I took pictures of some moodier clouds this morning from the bridge at the train station, but this one won out in the end as let's face it you see moody clouds all the time in Scotland but lenticular clouds are much less common!
