For my Christmas cake!

Yes, I know, a bit on the early side but life is going to get pretty busy over the next couple of months with our pending nuptials so I decided to get myself organised and make my Christmas cake. Tonight I weighed out the fruit and it's now soaking in some whisky. Last year I made the mistake of using an Islay malt & the cake tasted smoky, I won't make that mistake again!
