Apples for honey

A friend of mine from the running club keeps a well stocked allotment. When he heard about my bees and their honey, he asked if he could trade apples, beans and plums for a jar of honey. We both feel we have the better side of this exchange. The plums and beans were delicious and now we're just waiting for these apples to ripen. Hope he's happy with the honey.
