What's in Your Porridge?

Are you a sugar and/or spice person? Do you like an added kick or bite to your life?

Just asking, because some people seem to add a little extra to whatever they come in contact with each day.

A little extra salt, pepper, seasoning, gravy, milk, cream, sugar, syrup, butter... or maybe jewelry, cologne, hair product, skin creams.

Then there's the alcohol and chemical group, the athletic group etc...

You get my point ? So where do you stand?

Are you a little extra, just fine, or even a little less?
