The unexpected toadstool

Walking in to work today, I almost tramped on this fungus. I'd never seen one there before and with all the footfalls due in an hour or so, I thought I wouldn't see it again, so I took the shot. It's always has been my maxim. If you see something interesting, take the shot, then reframe and take again, then refine it further if time and situation allows. Much better doing that than fiddling about getting everything right, only to have the dragonfly fly away or the dewdrop fall or the passenger on the train look up and catch you. Luckily for me, the toadstool didn't fly away, fall or catch me looking.
