In anticipation

I worked at home today to get some writing done, but I have to go and stand outside when someone calls me on the mobile because the reception is so poor here in the 'third world'.

The birds positively chirped with joy when they saw me because they thought they might be in for a snack. Unfortunately bird seed stocks are very low. (Will have to get some tomorrow.)

One cheeky chap came and sat by me when I was eating my lunch. I managed to scrape together some sweet corn for him from the bottom of the bird seed bin.
