Improving the shining hour

Today is registration day for the classes run by our local U3A, and all this was made by members of the parchment craft group that I go to once a fortnight.
I have to admit that my only contribution to this display is one of the flowers in the vase,but over the years I've learnt the techniques for making any of the pieces here.
It's a nice relaxing hobby,and it's good to be creative.
For some reason,this Victorian poem comes to mind.
