Criminal!

Ordered the new series of Criminal Minds on DVD from the US. It's my absolute favourite police procedural. This year, though, it was not delivered to my house - I had to go and collect it from the sorting office because there was a charge to pay. £13!

What are Customs and Excise playing at? I have never had a charge such as this previously.
