Agapanthus

This summer our agapanthus flowers seem to be a much more intense blue than I remember ever before!
This is on a plant growing in a big tub that must be brought in under shelter before the first frosts and carefully wrapped up, as it comes from a warmer climate than ours. (But we have one with white flowers that survives outside unscathed.)
This plant comes from one grown by my mother maybe 50 years ago.
