Paraglide away....

Beautiful blue skies today...

Perfect for Paragliding it seems.

We live in a valley , and from above us the Paragliding community regularly launch themselves off the top of the hills and glide peacefully down to the local park.

It is a nice activity to watch actually, and on the weekends when the weather is like it is today, the passing cars pull up and stop to watch the colourful sails land , and they are always pretty accurate, only once have I found a paraglider landed on our street!

This shot is taken from my garden, as I have been out weeding ,and noticed a few of them coming down, and didn't have the time to rush up to the park to get a closer view of them landing.

(The building in the background is the Gondola building,we have a tourist gondola that takes people up from the base of our valley to this point on the top , great views all around once you are up the top...I have blipped from the gondola car before.)
