Crag Martins

We all know the UK based Hirundines: Swallows, House Martins, Swifts and Sand Martins. Over in France there are more: Crag Martins, Alpine Swift and may more. We were fortunate to see these Crag Martins today on a dam wall feeding and playing in the air. Bigger and faster than Sand Martins and not easy to get a piccy. I had to lean right over the dam wall to get this one, looking down. Not for the faint hearted.
