Moose in the Woods

These animals are big...and I wasn't sure if she was glad to see me from the way she was staring at me! They blend in so well they are hard to spot, and for their gigantic size, they are surprisingly quiet. Some people come to Alaska and never see any animals in the wild, and we still have a week to go, so I'm feeling thankful today for all our sightings!!
